Okay, hear me out: poutine is overrated. Sure, it’s a Canadian classic, but in a city like Waterloo with our thriving food scene, I can’t help but think there are better comfort foods out there! The soggy fries drenched in gravy just don’t do it for me. We have amazing local spots like The Bauer Kitchen serving up incredible dishes that showcase fresh ingredients and flavors without relying on a heap of cheese curds!
