Why are so many young people leaving Toronto? It’s simple: the city is becoming a playground for the wealthy while the rest of us are trapped in a hamster wheel of rent and work. Sky-high living costs and a lack of affordable housing are forcing the creative minds out. Places like Kensington Market or Queen West are losing their edge because young professionals can no longer afford to live nearby. Toronto isn't the beacon of opportunity it once was; it's expensive and congested. So, what’s the solution? Should we just accept it, or is it time to rethink how we build our city? I’m curious to hear your thoughts!
