Had the most mind-blowingly good ramen from Ramen Isshin last night. Seriously, I think I might need to have my taste buds formally adopted. Perfect broth, noodles that are basically the culinary equivalent of a warm hug, and the chashu… let’s just say I’m still dreaming about it.
