Just tried The Wise Owl in Uptown Waterloo, and honestly, I’ve got mixed feelings. The ambiance is cozy and they clearly care about local ingredients, which I love. 🌱 But my pasta was overcooked and pretty bland. A little more attention to detail could elevate this place!
