Gentrification is a double-edged sword in Toronto. On one side, we see the influx of new businesses and infrastructure improvements that beautify our neighborhoods. But on the flip side, we're also witnessing the displacement of long-time residents and the loss of cultural diversity. Places like Parkdale and Kensington Market are feeling the pressure.
