Tried out Ramen Isshin in Queen West the other day, and let me tell you—this place serves up bowls that could make even a samurai weep. The tonkotsu is so rich, you'd think it had been simmering since the dawn of time (or at least since last Tuesday). Slurp-worthy and definitely worth the trek! 🍜
